Dear Mr. England:

I was the person the subject of the subject hearing.

I was the person who called you earlier today to say that they were "playing you as a chump and a fool".

I have the tape of the hearing and I am in the midst of transcribing it. The finished product will show up on my Internet website (as above) when it is completed. (A lot of OTHER things are ALREADY posted on that site.)

I shan't go over the minor details at this time. But here are some of the MAJOR details utilized in the process of DUPING you into the decision you made:

• The Hospital failed to disclose a prior Emergency Petition from March 7. I was discharged with the comment I was no harm to myself or other persons. Further, the discharge sheet denied that I was delusional.

• The March 8 Ossip petition was perjured. Ossip never examined me. Ossip was not present for cross-examination. Comments written in were by another party after Involuntary Commitment was obtained. This was the origin of "walking the streets" and "inviting strangers in", among other things.

• The March 8 petition was DIRECTLY instigated by outpatient psychiatrist Doris Balis, M.D. Doris Balis was ALSO managing and directing inpatient care. Sharon Lerner, LCSW-C was NOT the "therapist". Neither Balis nor Lerner had ever been to my house.

• Angela Udebiuwa, M.D., attending physician who testified extensively, had by that point NEVER uttered a word to me nor I to her. She was familiar with the case only by and through Joseph Mullen, first year resident. ALL her testimony is therefore tainted and superfluous.

And here's a couple of MINOR details (and I'm sparing you many others):

• Joseph Mullen, first year resident, has and had a listening deficit and an absence of critical judgment skills. He heard (and reported) the "Department of Defense" when I quite plainly indicated "Department of Public Safety".

• Much of the information presented was THIRD-HAND - coming through a common high school graduate Dwain Howard of Harbor City as "translated" by social worker Sharon Lerner and "interpreted" through Udebiuwa relying on Mullen.

• The drug Risperdal (which they say I refused to take) is PROPRIETARY with the University of Maryland. A senior physician in the Department of Psychiatry (Conroy) was INSTRUMENTAL in getting is approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Janssen Pharmaceuticals is ALL OVER Unit 12-West. It can be safely presumed that Conroy, among others, is financially tied to its sale and distribution. Risperdal markets for in excess of $300 a month and it is covered by Medical Assistance and Maryland Health Partners.
