Dear Mr. England:
I have completed the transcription of the Involuntary Commitment hearing of March 19, 2001. It will be posted on the Internet even before I fax.
I enclose for your consideration pages 2, 8 and 35.
Starting with the Emergency Petition of Diane Ossip. I swear in the affirmative that Diane Ossip never examined me. She was sent by Doris Balis to pick me up. Diane Ossip is guilty of the crime of perjury, false swearing and false statements to a peace officer.
Neither Dr. Worodi nor Dr. Baldomerreo ever examined me. Not even eye contact, not even a word. The six question report was completed by first year resident Ece Tek. Worodi and Baldomerreo merely signed off on it. Doris Balis talked to Ece Tek before she filled out the paperwork.
Joseph Mullen is just a kid out of school. He is totally full of shit. Call me for details. Like, Rite Aid Corporation. Like, the Department of Public Safety. Like, 50 dollars to obtain dinner when dinner was an hour late and was said to have been not coming up.
Angela Udebiuwa, also, never even made eye contact with me. She never spoke a word to me until after I was dosed with crippling levels of neuroleptics authorized by Doris Balis 30 days later.
In the "Response to Discharge Summary", also on the Internet (page 8), there is a presentation about Risperdal (which I am allergic to) as well as other tidbits regarding the hearing.
They are taking you for a fool and a chump. Their methods are institutionalized and they have no fear of the law.
What are you going to do about it?
